A complete 2007 remodel of kitchen, dining and living areas was just the beginning. Fall of 2008, we remodeled the rest of the unit including the lanai. This time we focused on completely redoing both baths by adding new solid maple cabinets & walk-in tile showers. The master bath now has rainforest green marble & an onyx sink; the guest bathroom features mascarello granite with a marble sink. Tri-zone ductless A/C has been installed through out and an office area added to the master bedroom.
The dining and living areas, as well as the master bedroom, have cathedral ceilings. There is tri-zone ductless A/C through out and fans in the kitchen, dining room, living room, master bedroom and lanai. Both bathrooms have walk-in tile showers with a large separate changing area and large closets.
As this is our home for part of the year, it has been outfitted with that in mind. The kitchen is very well equipped and has new dishes, glasses, pots and pans, small appliances, etc.
Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler and sand toys are provided. The large lanai that can be accessed from the living room and the master bedroom has planters of cascading bougainvillea and a full-size Weber propane BBQ.

Listen to the waves as you fall asleep on the new, very comfy, California king size bed or new queen size sofa bed. For your viewing pleasure, a 42" plasma HD TV with DVD player is located in the master bedroom.
